For over 30 years, we have proudly been at the forefront of the cutting tools industry, offering products that constantly push the boundaries of cutting performance. Our dedication to our customers motivates us to continually tackle new challenges to meet their needs.
Thanks to our technical, human and structural investments, we now have 100 employees and 30 machining centres to meet the needs of various industries such as aviation, automotive, weapons, petrochemical, medical, food and general mechanics, both on the French and international market.

Our history

1988: APN in Normandy, France Company founded, initially specialising in precision sharpening.

2003: AP3A in Normandy, France Subsidiary founded, specialising in the manufacture of cutting tools in PCD and CBN.

2008: AOCM in Casablanca, Morocco Subsidiary founded to serve the local market more effectively.

2012: STAMROP in Grombalia, Tunisia Subsidiary founded to better address the needs of the local market.

2013: Certification obtained The group is ISO 9001 certified.

2017: APN Group, registered trademark Our new identity is established to ensure a more consistent approach, both nationally and internationally.

2018: AOCM TFZ in Tangier, Morocco Subsidiary founded to better address the needs of the local market.

2018: Tech-Outillage in Vierzon, France The company Tech-Outillage purchased to boost our production capacities and to upgrade the factory with new manufacturing ranges.

2019: APN and AP3A merge AP3A becomes APN.

2023: APN and Tech-Outillage merge Tech-Outillage becomes APN.
